My Experience

During my time leading large teams for two software organizations as Vice President, I believe efficient process and standardization are essential to the success of product and development departments.


Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Desk, have been my tools of choice to implement these practices.  While leading these teams, I was very hands-on doing solution design, and implementing complex workflows, permissions, notifications, and many others, as a Jira Administrator.
